Dave Sang's endeavour into the architecture industry of New Zealand began after obtaining his B.Arch from the University of Auckland. At the dawn of the millennium SANG Architecture was formed with a focus on providing residential design and construction management. His works include thousands of houses that are built upon highly unique designs. Dave is a licensed building practitioner for Architectural Design and Management in New Zealand and a First-Class Registered Architect in China. His expertise covers New Zealand and China, and now extends over to North America. Sang holds over 30 years of architecture experience and his talent for design shines in every home.

大衛1988年 畢業於上海同濟大學建築學專業後一直從事建築設計工作，在中國留下許多知名建築設計作品，多次獲得建築設計競賽獎，曾參與編寫中國建築師的天書《建築設計資料集》第六冊部分章節。大衛是中國首批通過考試獲批的國家一級註冊建築師，至今仍擔任中國某甲級設計院的顧問總建築師，與中國同事在中國合作設計項目。
1997年移居新西蘭奧克蘭市並在2000年 榮譽學士畢業於奧克蘭大學建築學系建築學專業。之後曾效力於數家當地建築設計事務所和室內設計事務所，同時逐漸開展自己的居住建築設計業務-桑建築設計。桑建築設計是新西蘭奥克蘭華人移民中最早一批獨立執業的華人建築設計事務所。現在桑建築設計的居住建築作品覆蓋整個大奧克蘭及周邊地區。
感謝當今便利的網絡世界，使得桑建築設計業務可以拓展到北美的加拿大。通過把各地不同風格的建築藝術薈萃融合，創作出與眾不同的特色建築精品。
